Deciding on my daily commitments

I will start each day with a dance. I will fast at least five times each week. I will commit to at least five times a week to only eating clean. I will drink 2- 3 litres of water. I’m going to aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per evening. Finally, I will and I mean it, I WILL take my evening tablets that I’ve bought to support immunity and aging… each day I will record how I feel and what I’ve done. On day 30 I will book in for my tattoo
