I’m a 41 ex Londoner, now living in a pretty Hertfordshire town. I’ve been teaching for nearly 20 years. My job used to really take its toll on my mental health and well-being. However, being older and wiser and also making sure I am in the right setting has meant that my job, for the largest job, adds to my general contentment
